What this is

Charts, figures and analysis on Filing Flows, in its e-mails and in its app are produced automatically, by fixed rules, from filings on SEC EDGAR. Quoted passages are the companies' own words. No person reviews each chart before it is published.

Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, or advice tailored to you. Do your own research and consult a licensed adviser before investing.

Accuracy

Automated reading can be wrong, especially for preliminary charts read from earnings releases (8-K), which are marked as such. Every chart links to the filing it came from; check it before relying on a number. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses from using it.

Independence

Filing Flows is not affiliated with the SEC or with any company shown. Company names and tickers identify the filer; their trademarks belong to their owners. No company pays to appear or to influence what is written.

Sharing charts

You may share charts and exports with credit to “Filing Flows” and a link to the site. Do not present them as official company or SEC material.

Accounts

An account is for one person and one e-mail address. Limits such as 30 requested reports a day keep the service working for everyone; accounts used to abuse it may be closed.
