What changed this quarter

Revenue was $634.7M in Q4 FY26, up 6% year over year and up 2% from the previous quarter. Americas was the largest line at 65% of revenue.

Operating profit was $156.6M, a 24.7% margin (down 5.0 points year over year). Operating profit fell $20.7M even though revenue rose $37.8M versus Q4 FY25, so costs grew faster than sales. Total costs grew 14% against revenue growth of 6%. The fastest-growing cost line was SG&A (+16%). Net earnings were $121.1M, down 21% year over year. The effective tax rate was 16.1%.

Operating cash flow was $204.7M (down 3% year over year), 169% of net earnings. Non-cash charges added back $47.1M of depreciation and amortization and $22.6M of share-based compensation. Working capital and other items added $13.9M. Capital expenditures of $27.4M left free cash flow of $177.3M.
